April 29, Golf

This post for the people who have asked to see Hannah golfing (family members who are into that stuff). :) 

We played 9 holes at a par 3.  We had a lot of fun!  It makes me really excited for all the time we'll be playing together for years to come. 

April 29, 2013 (San Diego Vacation)

Clearly I took a break from blogging.  I got a little distracted with other things.  I'm hoping, just as a way to document life, that I do a better job at making time for it.  :)

We just got back from a San Diego vacation.  We LOVED it!  I feel so thankful that we got to take a little time away and just have fun together as a family.

As fortunate as I am that I got to do all of these really neat things...the best part was being with the people I got to do them with....no distractions...just pure fun family togetherness.

These are a few of the highlights from our trip.

 Day 1: Arrival- Feeling super cool with our sunglasses on.

Day 2: Playing at the resort

We lucked out with staying at an amazing resort that had a lot of fun activities.

Day 3: Safari!

Day 4: Balboa Park + Science Museum + Gas Lamp District

 Day 5: Sea World

Day 6: Lego Land

 I can think of a couple of funny captions for this picture.  :)

But, I'll just say, that lady and her baby are made out of Legos.

 Day 7: Golf (first time with all 4 of us!) and the San Diego Zoo

Day 8: Play at resort and fly back later that night
